Anthony J. Rocca, Esquire is the President of the Law Offices of Anthony J. Rocca, P.C. with offices in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey representing a wide range of individuals and business owners. Anthony concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate/business law, business transactions, real estate, estate planning, family business succession planning and estate administration. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience, Anthony is committed to providing sound advice and legal counsel with personal attention in matters of critical importance to his clients and their families. His practice successfully balances intra-family dynamics with efficient tax and asset distribution planning.  The firm is committed to providing affordable legal services while maintaining high standards of excellence focused on a high ‘touch’ and personal approach.

Anthony is also a shareholder in the continuing professional education firm of Werner-Rocca Seminars, Ltd. He lectures extensively in the areas of protection of assets, preservation of wealth, business succession and estate planning and other tax matters.  He has authored and presented hundreds of continuing education seminars since 1995 for the members of more than 24 State Accounting Societies as well as other financial and insurance advisory organizations. His experience in so many personal and business planning matters throughout his career allows him to draw from a vast repertoire of knowledge, methods and strategies to assist his clients in effectively accomplish his/ her specific objectives.

Anthony applies the skills he acquired through teaching in his law practice and takes time to educate his clients. He knows that an educated client is better equipped to articulate his or her needs and objectives, understand alternate strategies and make informed decisions.

Anthony currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of the Association for Adults with Developmental Disabilities (AADD), a non-profit organization in southeastern Pennsylvania. AADD’s mission is to nurture personal relationships, instill positive work habits and greater independence for developmentally disabled adults 18 years of age and older, while supporting caregivers and increasing the acceptance of these individuals. Anthony is also a 2012 Multiple Sclerosis Leaders Circle Honoree.

Anthony received his Degree in Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law in 1984. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the Pennsylvania State University.

On weekends, Anthony is either cycling, gardening, or making gourmet pizzas for family, friends or a local charity fundraiser. He resides in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania with his wife and their three children.

Fun Fact: Anthony is one of only a select few in the United States to take his official attorney oath and office at Independence Hall in 1984.
